Mr. Suguwe is a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Confucius Institute at the University of Ghana, under the School of Languages, College of Humanities.   He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Affairs, Bachelor of Arts degree in Adult Education and Political Science and a Diploma in Youth in Development Work from the University of Ghana. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Central Administration Welfare Fund, University of Ghana.
